Data stored by phone and internet companies may impact ministry in closed countries

I watched the linked video at TED.com today and it has me thinking about the implications for mobile ministry use in countries that are closed or hostile to the Gospel. What are your thoughts?

Great talk. He makes a great example in the "What if" scenario with the Berlin Wall protests. At one point there was a product made by Agere Systems Inc called the "BlueOnyx." It was a 1 to 64GB storage device with Bluetooth connectivity. I can't find it anymore online, nor anything like it.

There are portable drives that hook up to iOS or Android, but on that level you start excluding the majority of feature phone owners that live in more restrictive environments.
