We are working in remote areas using iPhones and iPads for receiving video streams that allow for projection in small group gatherings. In come cases we use the iPhone for sending the signal as well. It is very interesting approach to solving remote access streaming availability. Many remote locations without internet services have reasonable cell service and it can allow for the stream.
I look forward to this production conversation but I will be in the Dominican Republic at the time and don't know if I will have access.

I think there is a lot of potential for creation and distribution using mobile devices like this. Avid's new editing app looks really promising for the iPad.
I look forward to seeing you again in March and talking about this stuff.
