Help for Start up audio/video church ministry

Hello Folks,

I am Kwame. I need help in how to develop a new audio/video department for church/evangelistic work. I will appreciate some help with organizational structure, development of training curriculum, selection of equipment - with advantages and disadvantages, examples/samples of works that could help us get started pretty fast and any helpful hints.
