I just want to thank everyone who took the time to converse with me in LA. OK, this has been a long time coming but I can’t hold it in any more. I want a new church. I LOVE the church and my soul has been enriched by my church life more than anything other than my family, but I am just so dissatisfied with my experience of trying to find a local church to go to when we aren’t on the road that I want to start a conversation about it. So far Christian media has mostly been controlled by pastors. I am a pastor so i understand this. Pastors have attempted to use TV in particular to just capture the dynamism of the live preaching and worship event and put it on the air. Only Hillsong has, in my opinion, been able to do an adequate job in capturing the feeling of a live service.
