A Christian Media Conference Think Tank in India Last weekend!

Last weekend I was able to attend of one of the first such Media conferences in India- called Media Think Tank. A get together of Media folk from all over India in Hyderabad. It was run by a large network organization called Indian Missions Association in their new premises -'vision city'. It was great to see the passion of this organization and the guys who came over in general to reach India via Media. We discussed strategies and ideas as to how best to impact India with the redemptive message, contextualized media and the gospel message.

There were Film Makers, Graphic Designers, Editors and such..! Was a great time! Feel free to contact them as this is only the beginning of, I believe, a greater move in India !

Actually it was not a big conference about 20-30 people because it was very selective. As far as I know I do not think he attended. Do you know which part of India he is from? I live now in Chennai.

I myself am more involved in Video and Multimedia. Perhaps you have heard of Ywam(Youth with a mission)? They have a ministry called Create International or Create India which focusses on Contextualized media and films. Their site is www.createindia.net.
