Mbretëria—The Kingdom is a modern retelling of the Prodigal Son from Luke 15:11-32. The story is set in the vineyards of present day Kosovo, 17 years after the brutal Albanian/Serbian war – the result of generations of relational tensions and strife. Kosovo is now enjoying peace and the people are endeavoring to go beyond just rebuilding their lives… They are actively seeking to find a sense of identity in the broader world. And yet the old seeds of resentment still need to be confronted by genuine forgiveness in order to bring healing and hope to a people who have suffered so much.

The Kingdom is an 82 minute feature film that has been translated and subtitled into 10 languages with a downloadable discussion guide to facilitate spiritual discussions.
